Background

With the team growing and more than 80 users, the long-standing Version 4 was to be migrated to Version 5. The main objectives were greater ease of use and mobile access.

Solution

Visual Planning coordinates materials, teams and transport. Employees can track processes in real time on PCs, tablets and mobile phones. This makes it clear where materials are being used, who is working where, and how long each assignment takes.

Results

The client describes how the software makes day-to-day work easier, ensures the secure exchange of information and improves mobility. The application is used intensively on a daily basis. The source does not contain any figures on time savings or productivity gains.
