Response times
Incidents reported to the support helpline are resolved immediately by helpline staff via remote support, where possible.
If an immediate resolution via remote maintenance is not possible, the following applies: ‘best effort’-Principle. This applies in particular to cases where, due to the nature of the fault, a specialist must carry out specific actions to resolve the problem.
AS will respond to customer complaints regarding the support hotline’s services within 48 hours (by the next working day) if the complaint is received by AS before 5.00 pm on the working day in question. For complaints received after 5.00 pm, the deadline begins at 8.00 am on the following working day.
