How TSG France brings together projects, 1,200 sites and both in-house and external resources in a single planning process.

Company
TSG develops, builds and maintains infrastructure for sustainable mobility, including charging infrastructure, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen and biofuel facilities, as well as vehicle washing systems. The source states that TSG operates in 30 countries and employs more than 1,100 people at TSG France.
Background
Site managers used Excel and the support of an external agency for team planning. With large volumes of data, numerous stakeholders and dynamic projects, this approach proved to be complicated and inefficient.
Solution
Visual Planning brings together project information, tasks and personnel and material resources in a single application. Dynamic project plans can be updated at short notice, workloads distributed and internal teams and suppliers taken into account collectively. During the Covid crisis, it was used to organise the resumption of work at 1,200 sites.
Results
TSG France describes more effective collaboration, centralised information management and reduced reliance on Excel. According to the client’s statement, 170 of the company’s own employees and 200 subcontractors were deployed for the crisis project mentioned. Quantified productivity measurements are not documented.
“With Visual Planning, I was able to manage the personnel and material resources of 170 employees and 200 subcontractors. Without this tool, that would not have been possible.”
Stéphane Fourre, site manager at TSG France
