Background

New regulatory requirements led to a reorganisation. A solution was sought to support installations, one that would facilitate medium- and long-term resource planning, project allocation and the optimisation of technical and personnel resources across several countries.

Solution

Ten planning solutions were assessed on the basis of flexibility, user-friendliness, integration, collaboration and workload distribution. Following its introduction, further areas of application emerged, including customer training and the planning and management of tissue diagnostics laboratories.

Results

According to the reference, an internal staff survey revealed a satisfaction rate of 92 per cent. Data exports, key performance indicators, stock valuation, billing forecasts and real-time information were cited as positive aspects. The sample size, questionnaire and survey period have not been published; the figure should therefore be treated as internal customer data.
